Neutralization.
CHO cells stably expressing human CTLA-4 were treated with either control human IgG or Ipilimumab (Ipi), then the CTLA-4 protein levels were analyzed by western blot. Cell surface CTLA-4 on CHO cells used in (a) was measured by ?ow cytometry.
