Intended Use

This test kit allows rapid and quantitative measurement of anti-KLH IgG levels in serum or plasma.

Contents of Kit

1. Anti-KLH HRP stock Store ≤ -70°C
2. Anti-monkey IgG acridan stock Store ≤ -70°C
3. Monkey Anti-KLH IgG stock (2 vials)
4. KLH coated white plate (12 × 8-well)
5. Sample diluent; 50 ml
6. Conjugate diluent; 10 ml
7. 20× Wash solution; 50 ml
8. Trigger solution; 7 ml

Storage

Store the HRP and acridan conjugates at or below -70°C. The remainder of the kit should be stored at 2-8°C. The KLH coated white plate should be kept in a sealed bag with desiccant. The kit will remain stable for at least six months from the date of purchase, provided that the components are stored as described.
