Contents of Kit
1. Antibody-coated microtiter plate with 96 wells.
2. Liquid CK-MB standards containing; 0, 7.5, 15, 50, 100, and 200 ng/mL CK-MB. 1.0 mL for each standard dose. Store at -20°C or below.
3. Enzyme Conjugate Reagent, 22 mL.
4. TMB Reagent (One-Step), 11 mL.
5. Stop Solution (1N HCl), 11 mL.
Store all reagents at 2-8°C.
All reagents must be brought to room temperature (20-25°C) prior to use.
When stored at 2-8°C, the diluted Assay wash buffer is stable until the kit expiration date.

Dalitz plot analyses of charmless b-hadron decays at LHCb

Charmless b-hadron decays are suppressed in the Standard Model by tiny CKM matrix elements which brings the tree amplitudes to levels comparable with loop amplitudes, and potentially New Physics amplitudes. CP violation measurements using Dalitz plot analyses in multi-body decays allow to disentangle these various contributions. In this document we report about the most recent measurements from LHCb in this sector. Firstly, the study of direct CP asymmetries over the Dalitz plane of the B+ -> pi(+)h(+)h(-) decays and the B+ -> K(+)h(+)h(-) decays (where h = pi, K), will be presented (through this document the inclusion of charge conjugate is always implied, unless explicitly stated). Then the results obtained studying the B+ -> p (p) over barh(+) decays will be shown. The measurements of the branching ratio of the B+ -> (Lambda) over bar (1520)p (with (Lambda) over bar (1520) -> (p) over barK(+)), of the forward-backward asymmetry of the light meson (pi or K) in the p (p) over bar rest frame and of the direct CP asymmetry over the B+ -> p (p) over barh(+) Dalitz plane will be discussed.

Quasi-two-body decays B-(s) -> PD0* (2400) -> PD pi in the perturbative QCD approach

We study the quasi-two-body decays B -> PD0* (2400) -> PD pi with P = (pi, K, eta, eta') in the perturbative QCD factorization approach. The predicted branching fractions for the considered decays are in the range of 10(-9)-10(-4). The strong Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa (CKM) suppression factor R-CKM approximate to lambda(4) ((rho) over bar (2) + (eta) over bar (2)) approximate to 3 x 10(-4) results in the great difference of the branching ratios for the decays with D-0* and (D) over bar (0)* as the intermediate states. The ratio R-(D) over bar0*0 between the decays B-0 -> (D) over bar (0)*K-0(0) -> D- pi(+) K-0 and B-0 -> (D) over bar (0)*(0) pi(0) -> D- pi(+) pi(0) is about 0.091(-0.005)(+0.003), consistent with the flavor-SU(3) symmetry result. The ratio for the branching fractions is found to be 1.10(-0.02)(+0.05) between B(B-s(0) -> D-0*(+) K- -> D-0 pi(+) K-) and B(B-0 -> D-0*(+) pi(-) -> D-0 pi(+) pi(-)) and to be 1.03(-0.07)(+0.06) between B(B-s(0) -> (D) over bar (0)*(0) (K) over bar (0) -> D- pi(+) (K) over bar (0)) and 2B(B-0 -> (D) over bar (0)*(0)pi(0) -> D- pi(+) pi(0)). The predictions in this work can be tested by the future experiments.
