Animals were immunized with mouse dendritic cells. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts precipitates a 150000/90000 dalton CD11/CD18 heterodimer from murine leukocytes. 2E6 blocks the binding function of LFA-1 (CD11a) and CR3/Mac-1 (CD11b).
