This item can be used as a IgM reference standard for anti-PEG antibodies. This product contains sufficient material to produce about 300 standard curves at the recommended dilutions.
General Notes
This antibody binds to the repeating subunits of the polyethylene glycol (PEG) backbone and the minimum PEG size that can be bound is ~750 Da. Effective binding is greatly enhanced in PEG conjugates such as PEG-proteins, PEG-liposomes, PEG-cells and PEG-nanoparticles.

A: It is supposed to be 800 kDa, but it might have some 950 kDa and some lower MW from degradation during the culture.
