Clone SFB449 recognizes the human octamer-binding transcription factor 3/4 isoform A (Oct3/4A) and the mouse Oct3/4. The antibody is suited for staining of formaldehyde-fixed cells and the recommended dilution is 1:50. Clone SFB449 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
