1. All product reviews must be submitted in the English language.
2. Entries must be from a valid research institution using a valid institutional email. Email entries from gmail, yahoo, or other personal accounts will not be accepted.
3. Images must be original, sufficiently high resolution (preferably 150 dpi or higher), and submitted as jpg or png files.
4. Images should be prudent when involved in scientific publication.
5. To qualify, submitted reviews must be on a previously purchased Creative Diagnostics product though Creative Diagnostics office or verifiable distributors.
6. Creative Diagnostics may ask you to verify your purchase information by submitting a copy of an invoice or receipt.
7. By submitting a review, you are giving us the permission to publish the work on our website and through any of our existing social media outlets, and you also agree to receive information from Creative Diagnostics.
8. Creative Diagnostics will not share any personal information of applicants, and all information will be treated with strict confidentiality and will not be sold or disclosed to a third party.
