This kit is used to determine the content of house dust mite allergen Derp1 IgE antibody (Der p1 IgE) in human serum, plasma and related liquid samples.
Contents of Kit
1. 30× washing solution. 20ml×1 bottle. 2. Enzyme-labeled detection reagent. 6ml × 1 bottle 3. Coating plate. 12 wells × 8 strips 4. Sample diluent. 6ml × 1 bottle 5. Substrate solution A. 6ml × 1 bottle 6. Substrate solution B. 6ml×1/bottle 7. Stop solution. 6ml × 1 bottle 8. Standard (96ng/ml). 0.5ml × 1 bottle 9. Standard diluent. 1.5ml × 1 bottle 10. Sealing film 2 sheets. 11. Sealing bag 1 pc. Note: 1. Extract the specimen as soon as possible after collection. The extraction should be carried out according to relevant literature. The experiment should be carried out as soon as possible after extraction. If the experiment cannot be carried out immediately, the specimen can be stored at -20°C, but repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided. 2. Samples containing NaN3 cannot be tested because NaN3 inhibits the activity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
