Clone SFB337 recognizes granzyme B, a 32 kDa member of serine protease family, which is involved in cell lysis mediated by cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and NK cells. Also known as granule enzymes, granzymes comprise majority of the mass of cytolytic granules in cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and NK cells. The antibody is suited for staining of formaldehyde-fixed cells. Clone SFB337 displays negligible binding to Fc receptors.
