Sample
serum, plasma, buffered solutions, cell culture medium
Detection Method
Sandwich ELISA
Intended Use
The Human sCD86 ELISA KIT is to be used for the quantitative determination of soluble CD86 (sCD86) in human serum, plasma, buffered solutions or cell culture medium.
Contents of Kit
1. 96-well microtiter plates, 1
2. Plastic cover, 2
3. Standards: 38 U/ml, yellow, 2 vials
4. Standard Diluent Buffer, Black, 1 vial
5. Biotinylated anti-CD86, Red, 1 vial
6. Biotinylated Antibody Diluent, Red, 1 vial (7.5 mL)
7. Streptavidin-HRP, 2 vials
8. HRP Diluent, Red, 1 vial
9. Washing Buffer, White, 1 vial
10. Chromogen TMB, 1 vial (11 mL)
11. H2SO4: Stop Reagent, Black, 1 vial
Storage
If not analyzed shortly after collection, samples should be aliquoted (250-500 μL) to avoid freeze-thaw cycles and stored frozen at -70°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles of frozen specimens.
Precision
Intra-assay (CV%): 0.88%-3.79%
Inter-assay (CV%): 1.62%-7.06%
Detection Range
The average concentration of sCD86 in 87 normal human serum is 452 +/- 153 U/mL ranging from 206 to 1130 U/mL.
