General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-00768) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against rat CD86, targeting the amino acid region 140–175 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CD86 from human and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables signaling receptor binding activity. Involved in several processes, including defense response to other organism; negative regulation of T cell anergy; and positive regulation of activated T cell proliferation. Located in cell surface. Used to study adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma and bronchiolitis obliterans. Biomarker of asthma; corneal disease; middle cerebral artery infarction; and orchitis. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in several diseases, including IgA vasculitis; autoimmune disease (multiple); chronic lymphocytic leukemia; chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; and systemic scleroderma. Orthologous to human CD86 (CD86 molecule).
DPABH-00768 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (1 μg/test), ICC/IF (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-00768 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
