Intended Use

This kit can be used for quantitative measurement of IgM in sheep serum or plasma.

Storage

The kit will remain stable for six months from the date of purchase provided that the components are stored appropriately. Store the IgM stock vials at or below -20°C. Store the remaining components in the refrigerator at 4°C. The microtiter plate should always be kept in a sealed bag with desiccant to minimize exposure to damp air.

Standard Curve

A typical standard curve with optical density readings at 450 nm on the Y-axis against IgM concentrations on the X-axis is shown below. This curve is for the purpose of illustration only and should not be used to calculate unknowns. A standard curve should be generated in each experiment.
