This rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone E82.AS) shares the same properties as the human version: it specifically binds human β‑tryptase, completely inhibits its enzymatic activity, and is validated for ELISA, inhibition, and SPR. It is an IgG isotype antibody with reactivity limited to human samples.
