This mouse monoclonal antibody (clone E82.AS) also targets human β‑tryptase and fully inhibits both tetrameric and monomeric forms. It is suitable for ELISA, inhibition assays, and SPR. It is of the IgG isotype and reacts only with human β‑tryptase, useful for inflammation and asthma research.
