Cell Line Description
Animals were immunized with recombinant human thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) receptor expressed in. E. coli. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0 mouse myeloma cells. The antibody recognizes the N-terminal extracellular domain (domain amino acids 19-246), alpha subunit of the human thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) receptor (hormone binding unit).
