Cell Line Description
Animals were immunized with recombinant human thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) receptor expressed in. E. coli. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0 mouse myeloma cells. The antibody recognizes the C-terminal intracellular domain (amino acids domain 604-764), beta subunit of the human thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) receptor. It recognizes an intracellular epitope of the beta subunit anchored into the cellular membrane.
Application Notes
WB, ELISA, ICC, and IHC of the human TSH receptor.
