Mice were immunized with trypsin digested bovine adrenal LDL receptor. Spleen cells were fused with P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with LDL receptors of normal rabbits but not with those of Watanabe Heritable Hyperlipidemic rabbits. Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox).
