Cell Line Description
Animals were immunized with recombinant human follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) receptor expressed in E. coli. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0 mouse myeloma cells. The antibody recognizes the N-terminal extracellular domain (amino acids domain 23-358) of the human follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) (hormone binding unit).

Subculturing
Incubate cells at 37°C with 5% CO2 in air atmosphere, renew medium every 2-3 days, start cells at 2x10^5 cells/mL and maintain cultures between 1x10^5-1x10^6 cells/ml

Freezing medium: to complete growth medium, add 5%(v/v) DMSO
