Cell Line Description
Animals were immunized with recombinant human follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) receptor expressed in E. coli. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0 mouse myeloma cells. The antibody recognizes the N-terminal extracellular domain (amino acids domain 23-358) of the human follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) (hormone binding unit).
Application Notes
WB, ELISA, ICC, and IHC of the human FSH receptor.
