Anti-Human IgG Fab polyclonal antibody [NC-MMAF] is a secondary antibody-drug conjugates for pre-screening antibodies with a human IgG Fab moiety to determine their cytotoxicity as MMAF bioconjugates. It alone displays no obvious toxicity against multiple cell lines at 2 ug/ml (13 nM) or lower concentration. When applied in combination with tumor specific monoclonal antibodies, it can help determine the cytotoxic potential for these antibodies or proteins against target cell lines.

SecADC™ Anti-Human IgG Fab polyclonal antibody [NC-MMAF] can be used in cell-based cytotoxicity assays to pre-screening monoclonal antibodies as ADC candidates against tumor cells. This product is anti-human IgG Fab specific antibody conjugated to monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF) with a noncleavable linker. The antibody portion is a polyclonal antibody which is specific to the Fab region of human IgGs. Monomethyl auristatin F (MMAF) is a cytotoxic small molecule which inhibits cell division by blocking the polymerization of tubulin. The noncleavable linker connecting MMAF to the antibody is stable in extracellular fluid, but can be cleaved by unspecified mechanisms upon entering cells.
