The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human MMP3 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341646C4, product code DMAB-CPT501) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human MMP3 (Matrix Metalloproteinase 3), also known as stromelysin-1. MMP3 is a zinc-dependent endopeptidase involved in extracellular matrix remodeling, tissue repair, and inflammatory processes through degradation of multiple matrix components and activation of other MMP family members. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human MMP3 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT501 (capture) with DMAB-CPT502 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of MMP3 in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity.
DMAB-CPT501 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
