The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human CTGF Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341435D4, product code DMAB-CPT516) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human CTGF (Connective Tissue Growth Factor), a secreted extracellular matrix–associated signaling protein that plays a central role in fibrosis, wound healing, angiogenesis, and regulation of cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation. CTGF functions as a key downstream effector of TGF-β signaling and is widely implicated in tissue remodeling and fibrotic disease progression. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human CTGF and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in sandwich ELISA (detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT515 (capture) with DMAB-CPT516 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich ELISA detection with a working range of 0.313–10 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of CTGF in biological samples and optimized for high-sensitivity ELISA-based immunodetection workflows requiring strong specificity and low detection limits. DMAB-CPT516 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
