The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human CTGF Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341435G22, product code DMAB-CPT515) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human CTGF (Connective Tissue Growth Factor), a secreted matricellular protein involved in extracellular matrix remodeling, fibrosis, angiogenesis, wound healing, and cell proliferation. CTGF is a key downstream mediator of TGF-β signaling and is widely studied in fibrotic diseases and tumor microenvironment regulation. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human CTGF and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in sandwich ELISA (capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT515 (capture) with DMAB-CPT516 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich ELISA detection with a working range of 0.313–10 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of CTGF in biological samples and optimized for high-sensitivity ELISA-based immunodetection workflows requiring strong specificity and low detection limits. DMAB-CPT515 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
