The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human ABCA13 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341399H5, product code DMAB-CPT504) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human ABCA13 (ATP-Binding Cassette Subfamily A Member 13). ABCA13 is a large transmembrane ATP-binding cassette transporter implicated in lipid transport, membrane lipid homeostasis, and vesicular trafficking processes, with emerging relevance in neurobiology and epithelial tissue function. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human ABCA13 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT503 (capture) with DMAB-CPT504 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.312–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of ABCA13 in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT504 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
