The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human MMP3 Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341646C7, product code DMAB-CPT502) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human MMP3 (Matrix Metalloproteinase 3), also known as stromelysin-1. MMP3 is a zinc-dependent endopeptidase involved in extracellular matrix remodeling, tissue repair, and inflammatory responses, and also contributes to the activation of other matrix metalloproteinases. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human MMP3 and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT501 (capture) with DMAB-CPT502 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of MMP3 in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity.
DMAB-CPT502 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
