This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04093) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against mouse CXCR3, targeting the amino acid region 301–367 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CXCR3 from human, rat, dog, pig, cow, rabbit, and guineapig. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. CXCR3 is a G protein-coupled chemokine receptor belonging to the CXC subfamily, encoded by a gene on human chromosome Xq13.1 that produces a 368-amino-acid protein with seven transmembrane domains. It exists in multiple isoforms, including CXCR3-A, CXCR3-B, and CXCR3-alt, which arise from alternative splicing and exhibit distinct functional properties. The receptor is activated by the interferon-γ-inducible ligands CXCL9 (MIG), CXCL10 (IP-10), and CXCL11 (I-TAC), with varying affinities across isoforms: CXCR3-A and CXCR3-B bind all three, while CXCR3-alt binds only to CXCL11.
DPABH-04093 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-04093 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
