Suitable for use in ELISA, WB Dilute the antibody in buffer containing 2% heterologous serum, such as normal goat serum, to prevent non-specific reactions in ELISA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
General Notes
This clone targets recognize the 273-289 amino acid sequences of mouse Ro60. It can be used to study the pathogenesis of the disease development in mice, especially in Balb/c mice.
