Application Notes
sELISA, CLIA, LFIA
We recommend the following as antibody pair (Capture - Detection):
DMABB-JX368 - DMABB-JX369
Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.
Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
General Notes
We recommend the antibody pair (DMABB-JX368 - DMABB-JX369) for the development of a testosterone sandwich immunoassay. Abnormal levels of testosterone can be associated with conditions such as hypogonadism, infertility, and certain cardiovascular diseases. Diagnostic tests, including immunoassays like ELISA or chemiluminescence, are used to measure serum testosterone levels in clinical settings, aiding in the diagnosis of endocrine disorders and monitoring hormone replacement therapy.
