General Notes
The Hi-Puri™ Human Anti-SEB Monoclonal antibody (clone 6D3, product code DMAB-CPDB525)is a monoclonal antibody specifically directed against SEB.
This product is validated for use in ELISA, WB, Inhib, BLI. 6D3 binds a conformational epitope near the C terminal end of the Staphylococcal enterotoxin B. The conformational binding epitope of 6D3Fab on SEB involves residues Gly123, Gln125, Leu126, Asp127, Lys128, Tyr129, Arg130, Ser131, Asn149, Lys153, and Lys226. This antibody in combination with 14G8 can be used to detect Staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB) in a sample using capture ELISA.
DMAB-CPDB525 is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS. It is available in multiple sizes, including 200 μg, 500 μg, and 1 mg. For long-term storage, the product should be stored at −20°C and repeated freeze–thaw cycles should be avoided. The product is shipped on dry ice. This product is intended for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.
