Animals were immunized with extracellular matrix proteins from M1536-B3 cells. Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells. The antibody reacts with laminin and can be used to detect laminin in tissues, and for isolation and quantitation of laminin.
