The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human RORA Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341328E22, product code DMAB-CPT466) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human RORA (RAR-Related Orphan Receptor Alpha). RORA is a nuclear receptor transcription factor that regulates gene expression programs involved in circadian rhythm control, immune system modulation, lipid metabolism, and neurodevelopment. It is an important regulatory factor in maintaining transcriptional homeostasis and inflammatory balance. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human RORA and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development. This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, detection format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT465 (capture) with DMAB-CPT466 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of RORA in biological samples and optimized for robust CBA-based immunodetection workflows requiring high specificity and sensitivity. DMAB-CPT466 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
