The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human RORA Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341328C3, product code DMAB-CPT465) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human RORA (RAR-Related Orphan Receptor Alpha). RORA is a nuclear receptor transcription factor involved in the regulation of circadian rhythm, immune modulation, lipid metabolism, and neurodevelopmental processes. It plays important roles in transcriptional control of gene networks associated with inflammation and cellular homeostasis. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human RORA and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in Cytometric Bead Array (CBA, capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT465 (capture) with DMAB-CPT466 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich immunoassay detection with a working range of 0.625–20 ng/mL.
