General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT774) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human F11R. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The F11 receptor (F11R) was first identified in human platelets as a 32/35 kDa protein duplex that serves as the receptor for a functional antibody that activates platelets. It seems to play a role in epithelial tight junction formation. It was also reported to function as a receptor for reovirus and a ligand for the integrin LFA1. DMAB-CPT774 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (0.625-20 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT774 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
