The Magic™ Rabbit Anti-Human ENG Monoclonal Antibody (clone 341158D2, product code DMAB-CPT511) is a rabbit monoclonal antibody specifically directed against human ENG (Endoglin, also known as CD105). ENG is a homodimeric transmembrane glycoprotein highly expressed on vascular endothelial cells and plays a critical role in angiogenesis, vascular development, and TGF-β signaling regulation. It is widely recognized as a marker of proliferating endothelial cells and tumor-associated angiogenesis. This antibody is designed for the specific detection of human ENG and is supplied in an unconjugated format suitable for immunoassay development.
This product is validated for use in sandwich ELISA (capture format) as part of a matched antibody pair system. The recommended pairing is DMAB-CPT511 (capture) with DMAB-CPT512 (detection), enabling sensitive sandwich ELISA detection with a working range of 0.156–10 ng/mL. It is suitable for quantitative detection of ENG in biological samples and optimized for high-sensitivity ELISA-based immunodetection workflows requiring strong specificity and low detection limits.
DMAB-CPT511 is a rabbit IgG monoclonal antibody purified using Protein A affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. Each vial contains 100 μg of purified antibody. It is shipped with ice packs to ensure stability during transport. Upon receipt, it should be immediately stored at −80°C for long-term preservation.
