General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DMAB-CPT812) is a rabbit-derived monoclonal antibody raised against human EFHD2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. EFHD2, also known as Swiprosin-1, is a cytoskeletal protein that has been shown to influence dimerization in a Ca2+-dependent manner. The expression of EFHD2 was first observed in CD8+ T cells. This protein has also been observed in B-cells, lung, brain, and spleen. DMAB-CPT812 is suitable for use in Cytometric Bead Array (1.25-40 ng/mL) application. DMAB-CPT812 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS only. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
