This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13055) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human EFHD2, targeting the amino acid region 2–80 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human EFHD2 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. EF-hand domain-containing protein D2 (also known as Swiprosin-1) is a calcium-binding protein with two conserved EF-chiral coiled-coil structural domains, and it is mostly involved in calcium signaling, cytoskeleton assembly and synapse formation. EFHD2 is broadly expressed in various cell types, with particularly high expression in neurons.
DPABH-13055 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:5,000–1:50,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-13055 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
