Intended Use

Human/Mouse Total COX-2 ELISA Kit is an ELISA-based assay using fluorogenic substrates to measure total Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in whole cells.

Contents of Kit

1. Microplate - One 96-well cell culture clear-bottom black microplate and cover for use as a vessel in the assay.
2. Total COX-2 Antibody - 1 vial of lyophilized mouse anti-total COX-2 antibody.
3. Total GAPDH Antibody - 1 vial of lyophilized rabbit anti-total GAPDH antibody.
4. HRP-conjugated anti-mouse IgG - 110 μL of HRP-conjugated donkey anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody.
5. AP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG - 110 μL of AP-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody.
6. Substrate F1 Concentrate - 50 μL of a sensitive and stable fluorogenic substrate for horseradish-peroxidase (HRP).
7. F1 Diluent - 10 mL of a solution for diluting the Substrate F1 Concentrate.
8. Substrate F2 - 10 mL of a sensitive and stable fluorogenic substrate for alkaline phosphatase (AP).
9. Blocking Buffer - 35 mL of 10% fetal bovine serum in buffer with preservatives.
10. Wash Buffer (5X) - 60 mL of a buffered surfactant with preservatives.
11. Plate Sealers - 4 adhesive strips.

Storage

Store the unopened kit at 2-8°C. Do not use past the kit expiration date. This kit contains sufficient materials to run ELISAs on one 96-well plate.
