This sensitive sandwich ELISA kits are for determination of NAG-1 levels in biological samples. Each kit for triplicate analyses of up to 24 samples contains one 96 well plate, NAG-1 standards, biotinylated detection antibodies and strepavidin-conjugated horseradish peroxidase (HRP), and buffers for sample and antibody and HRP dilutions, and plate washing.
