Intended Use
Human GRO Beta ELISA Development Kit contains the key components required for the quantitative measurement of natural and/or recombinant GRO Beta in a sandwich ELISA format. Using the ELISA protocol described below, this kit provides sufficient reagents to assay GRO Beta in approximately 1500 ELISA plate wells.

General Description
Chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 2 (CXCL2) is an inducible murine chemokine involved in attraction of polymorphonuclear granulocytes to sites of infection.1 This chemokine is secreted by monocytes and macrophages and is chemotactic for hematopoietic stem cells.2,3,4
