This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01878) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human CXCL2, targeting the amino acid region 51–107 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with CXCL2 from mouse, rat, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This antimicrobial gene is part of a chemokine superfamily that encodes secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The superfamily is divided into four subfamilies based on the arrangement of the N-terminal cysteine residues of the mature peptide. This chemokine, a member of the CXC subfamily, is expressed at sites of inflammation and may suppress hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation.
DPABH-01878 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (0) applications.
DPABH-01878 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
