This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27946) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against mouse FLT1, targeting the amino acid region 1162–1260 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FLT1 from human, rat, pig, and horse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FMS-related tyrosine kinase 1 (FLT1), also known as VEGFR-1, is a receptor tyrosine kinase that binds vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) to regulate blood vessel formation (angiogenesis). A soluble variant, sFlt-1, acts as an anti-angiogenic factor by binding VEGF and placental growth factor (PlGF), with high levels implicated in preeclampsia and various cardiovascular diseases.
DPABH-27946 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:400–1:800), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-27946 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
