Incubate cells at 37°C with 5% CO2 in air atmosphere, renew medium every 2-3 days, start cells at 3x10^4 cells/mL and maintain cultures between 3x10^4-4x10^5 cells/ml.Adherent cells may be removed by shaking the flask.
