General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09177) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TLE4, targeting the amino acid region 279–408 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TLE4 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. TLE4 (Transducin-like enhancer protein 4), also known as GRG4. It is predicted to be located in the nucleus. Tle4 promotes acquisition of corticothalamic identity and blocks emergence of core characteristics of subcerebral/corticospinal projection neuron identity, including gene expression and connectivity. During the first post-natal week, when corticothalamic innervation is ongoing, Tle4 is required to stabilize corticothalamic neuron identity, limiting interference from differentiation programs of developmentally related neuron classes (PMID: 37561632). The molecular weight of TLE4 is 76 kDa.
DPABH-09177 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:8,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications.
DPABH-09177 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
