General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16544) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human TICAM2. It has been affinity purified by protein A. TICAM2, officially known as TIR domain containing adaptor molecule 2, is a protein-coding gene in humans located on the long arm of chromosome 5 at position 5q22.3, encoding a 235-amino acid adaptor protein also referred to as TRAM or TIRP. This protein features a central Toll/interleukin-1 receptor (TIR) domain and functions as a molecular adaptor in innate immune signaling, particularly within the MyD88-independent pathway of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4).
DPABH-16544 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:300) applications.
DPABH-16544 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
