This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21904) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SRPRB, targeting the amino acid region 1–271 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human SRPRB from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Component of the SRP (signal recognition particle) receptor. Ensures, in conjunction with the signal recognition particle, the correct targeting of the nascent secretory proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum membrane system. Has GTPase activity. May mediate the membrane association of SRPR. DPABH-21904 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-21904 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
