This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18145) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human SRPRB. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene has similarity to mouse protein which is a subunit of the signal recognition particle receptor (SR). This subunit is a transmembrane GTPase belonging to the GTPase superfamily. It anchors alpha subunit, a peripheral membrane GTPase, to the ER membrane. SR is required for the cotranslational targeting of both secretory and membrane proteins to the ER membrane. DPABH-18145 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:5,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. DPABH-18145 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
