General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-00873) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against mouse SCARB1, targeting the amino acid region 411–509 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with SCARB1 from rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a CD36-like type III transmembrane glycoprotein that localizes to the lysosomal membrane. Mice lacking the encoded protein exhibit an increased postnatal mortality caused by an obstruction of the ureteropelvic junction, deafness, peripheral demyelinating neuropathy and tubular proteinuria.
DPABH-00873 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-00873 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
