This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11564) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human NT5E, targeting the amino acid region 401–500 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with NT5E from mouse, rat, dog, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a plasma membrane protein that catalyzes the conversion of extracellular nucleotides to membrane-permeable nucleosides. The encoded protein is used as a determinant of lymphocyte differentiation. Defects in this gene can lead to the calcification of joints and arteries. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
DPABH-11564 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-11564 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
