This product (Catalog No. CPBT-37992RH) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ITK, targeting the amino acid region 151–258 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human ITK from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes an intracellular tyrosine kinase expressed in T-cells. The protein contains both SH2 and SH3 domains which are often found in intracellular kinases. It is thought to play a role in T-cell proliferation and differentiation. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008].
