This product (Catalog No. DPABH-19528) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GBA, targeting the amino acid region 1–221 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GBA (glucosidase, beta, acid) is a protein-coding gene. Diseases associated with GBA include gaucher's disease, and gaucher disease type 1, and among its related super-pathways are Sphingolipid metabolism and Metabolic pathways. GO annotations related to this gene include glucosylceramidase activity and receptor binding. DPABH-19528 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-19528 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C.
